Bitch cost one dollar
Today started of with my usual Greek yogurt. Taught boxing and kettle bell and did the stair master for 30. My lower body will never be the same since Monday's JCK class at CSC! I decided to have Laura and Kevin to my office for breakfast. They both agree that the oatmeal I posted the other day is amazing! Garlic and lemons it is! Oh And everyone one at work thinks that I would never mention the spoonful (or two) of peanut butter ! Okay bitches! One dollar please! Dinner chipotle salad. I should have taken a picture of it..next time.

Wednesday is my crazy day. Although I sleep in (don't have to get up at 5am) I teach class at Equinox from 5:30pm-8pm. Just had the workout from hell with Ryan. I swear when we do push-up holds, he doesn't count the right way. He knows what I'm talking about. After the workout we had Garlic and Lemons. Its in Allston and it's awesome great mediteranean food! Check it out! After equinox my friends suggested Kelly's. Oh great! Just what I need! Fried food and roast beef! You can get salad, a teeny tiny garden salad that will leave you starved! I think they make the healthy stuff small so you get the other shit because you're so hungry,and it's more filling. So I actually got the salad with the grilled chicken sandwich. As i sat there watching Dave,Jim,Eddy,Carl and Rob eat the good stuff. Actually Eddy on the skinny bitch quest also. That's Wednesday

I'm gonna eat like Laura
My friend laura and I talked about quinoa. It's weird grainy rice/grainy shit that's supposed to be good for you. Everyday laura and I eat lunch together. I get garlic and lemons Greek salad with spicy chicken and a side of hummus. When I'm hungry I get the plate which is the same meal,add rice. Did I mention, Laura, like Ryan is also a skinny bitch! Everyday for lunch she comes in with a small portion controlled Tupperware containing brown rice, chicken and broccoli...Everyday! Tonight in honor of one of my closest friends....I will eat like Laura!

As I sit here in my post massage haze eating blueberries (wanna picture of them?) consulting co-worker Hayley that white chocolate is not an appropriate meal. After posting oatmeal and english muffins pictures, I've suddenly become a nutritionist! Facebook messages asking questions?! REALLY?!

9am oatmeal (not the cardboard pieces). See this picture? This stuff is awesome and after looking at the nutritional information (160 calories/8g sugar/2.5 fat/30 carb) it seems good to me.
OH AND THESE:
100% flourless sprouted whole grain english muffins ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin 80 calories.
Alot going on today and just as I was going to get lunch at Garlic and Lemons.( Love that place! Eat there everyday except yesterday and today). Didn't eat a good lunch only devoured 2 of the english muffins. I'm sure Ryan will say something about that. More later

Justine to the rescue
So when I diet I eat two things for dinner;
-chipotle Mexican salad
-cheesecake factory weight management chicken dinner
Tonight it's chipotle
I don't cook, neither does Carl so pre-making meals will be a challenge. I'm going to have to dust off the George Foreman grill
As I sit her eating watching the bachelor, I get a facebook message from an old friend Justine. She happens to be involved in a business teaching a 12 week weight management program focusing on low glycemic diet, behavior modification and changing overall body composition. Sounds great! Can't wait to talk to her! I'll let you know.

Speedo? YUCK!
So the journey begins! After eating like Jesus Christ at the last supper this Christmas and New Years, I had a conversation with my friend Alan on New Years about getting to 10% body fat in time for his special birthday celebration in Greece, which I'm sure will involve me in some sort of speedo. What the hell was I thinking?!You can't eat a million of Eddy's special peanut butter cookies dipped in chocolate concoctions, ziti broccoli chicken alfredo, prime rib and expect to be in a speedo at any time in the near future...LIKE EVER!!! YES speedo! Isn't that what they wear in the Greek Isle?! Ryan, my trainer, who by the way would NEVER be caught dead in a speedo, but of course has the body that could throw one on in a second after eating everthing I ate this weekend and not have a problem at all...skinny bitch! Anyway, he brings up this idea for me to blog my eating and share it with my friends and family. So I posted my infamous Ogunquit Beach photo circa 1998 photo (yes Shawn Carroll no cottage cheese) to help me in my quest to become..........

8:30am oatmeal (which i realized if you don't get the instant, you're basically eating small cardboard pieces)
Didn't eat a lunch....I know Ryan!
Handful of almonds from Clerysons desk and two powercrunch bars. Which I'm convinced can't be that good for you.
Exercise:
6am bootcamp (which as the particpants know, is not a workout for me)
12pm workout with Ryan
6:30pm Cardio Boxing (which I alredy want to stab myself for agreeing to teach)
